The IT Operations Team (RBG) of the Instituts für Informatik

The RBG is primarily responsible for the operation of IT services for the institute and students. The RBG is part of the IT-Gruppe Informatik (ITI) which is composed out of all those responsible vor IT in the institute. Especially the IT technicians of the LFEs

Extra infos:

• For some requests you have to provide an identification, for example setting of a new password. We accept an state issued id card, passport, driving license, german “Krankenkassenkarte” with your picture. Students have to provide a student card too.

  We accept a LMU Card with a easily recognisable photo.
